This is the week of license upgrades!  I just got word from Joe, N3JAG that the classes he took with the the Salvation Army and Mt. Diablo Amateur Radio Club paid off!  On October 1st Joe passed the General Class Exam.  Congratulations Joe!  The word is he is now working on saving up the money for an HF rig…look out world!!!
