October 2, 2015 is a RED LETTER day for Jose Ayala.   Anyone attending the CCRA breakfast’s would know Jose is Vicki’s (N6KLS) brother and Jane’s (N6NVA) son.  On September 26th Jose and Vicki blew off the CCRA breakfast to see if all of Jose’s studying and hard work would pay off when they went to the Benicia ARC testing session.  Sure enough Jose got his General Class license and is now known as KK6WRZ!!!  I don’t expect him to keep this call too long and would like to start a pool as to what his next callsign might be…
