CCRA invades CHRS

On Sunday, March 27, 2011, 19 CCRA members toured the California Historical Radio Society (CHRS) KRE broadcast facility and museum in Berkeley California. The tour was arranged by John Stuart, KM6QX after members at the February breakfast meeting thought it would be a fun to tour CHRS. The purpose of CHRS is to promote the restoration and preservation of early radio and broadcasting of the San Francisco Bay Area and the Western US.  In short, CHRS is doing a fine job in fulfilling their mission.  What follows are some of the pictures capturing our “invasion.”
